Important: Registration by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited. p567 will suspend any account found to belong to an underage individual and will return any remaining real-money balance to the depositing payment method. Any winnings accrued by an underage account shall be void and forfeited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the p567 Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, device, or payment method used — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, p567 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual and to confiscate any balances therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p567 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. p567 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify p567 support immediately. p567 may temporarily suspend your account pending an investigation into the reported unauthorised access.
p567 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited purposes, including but not limited to bonus abuse, match betting, arbitrage, or money laundering.
Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting p567 support. Where a self-exclusion request is associated with problem gambling, the account will be closed under the Responsible Gaming Policy and all applicable cooling-off restrictions will apply.
p567 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and minimum/maximum transaction limits published on the Platform:
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to a person other than the p567 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of your account and return of the deposited amount to its source.
p567 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. p567 is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.
All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering checks in compliance with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and applicable PAGCOR requirements. p567 may delay or decline a deposit pending the outcome of an AML review.
Deposited funds do not accrue interest. Funds in your p567 Wallet are held in accounts segregated from p567's operating funds, in compliance with PAGCOR player fund protection requirements.
Withdrawals from a p567 Account are available only to players who have successfully completed the KYC identity verification process. KYC documentation requirements include a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS card, or Voter's ID) and a recent selfie photograph. p567 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes that affect player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus structures — p567 will provide registered players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or Platform notification before the changes take effect.

In the event of a dispute between you and p567, you should first contact p567 customer support in writing with a detailed description of your complaint. p567 will use reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through the p567 internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. PAGCOR's decision on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be binding on p567.
Where PAGCOR mediation is not applicable or does not resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
